INDICATIONS:Vicks VapoSteam Liquid Medication Temporarily relieves cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation associated with a cold.Liquid medication for hot steam vaporizers.Nasal decongestant & cough suppressant.Increases the action of steam for colds.
INGREDIENTS:Active Ingredients:per Tablespoon: Camphor (6.2%).Inactive Ingredients:Alcohol (78%), Cedarleaf Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Laureth 7, Menthol, Nutmeg Oil, Poloxamer 124, Silicone.
DIRECTIONS:Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Add one tablespoon of solution for each quart of water, directly to the water in a hot steam vaporizer. breathe in medicated vapors. May be repeated up to 3 times daily, or as directed by a doctor.Children under 2 years of age: Ask a doctor.In Hot/Warm Steam Vaporizer: VapoSteam is formulated to be added directly to the water in your hot/warm steam vaporizer. Do not direct steam from vaporizer too close to face. For best performance, vaporizers should be thoroughly cleaned after each use according to manufacturers instructions. To promote steaming, follow directions of vaporizer manufacturer.
WARNINGS:For steam inhalation only. Do not take by mouth. A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition. If cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache, ask a doctor. Do not take this product for persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, emphysema, or if cough is accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus) unless directed by a doctor.Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children.Accidental Ingestion: In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.Eye Exposure: In case of eye contact, flush with water.
