Keys to Staying Smart!
Did
you know that you could lose some of your intelligence? The saying "use
it or lose it" is true.
According
to Dr. Marilyn Albert, a Harvard professor and director of gerontology
research at Massachusetts
General Hospital, there are 4 keys to staying smart:
1. Education
2. Strenuous physical activity
(it improves blood flow to the brain)
3. Strong lungs (helps
deliver well-oxygenated blood to the brain)
4. Feeling useful; having
a sense of purpose and importance
