How to Revive
Your Romance
Is sex as exciting
as it used to be? Do you still feel that same excitement and heated
anticipation? Do you want to make love all night long, like you used
to? Now it’s possible! Having an active, satisfying sex life contributes
to your overall good health and longevity. Did you know that insufficient
sexual activity can actually shorten your life? According to a study
performed by Dr. George Smith, published in the prestigious British
Medical Journal, a lack of a healthy sex life can raise the risk of
death by as much as 51%! The study found that there is a pattern with
men in particular as they age. First, their interest in sex declines,
then they have difficulty performing and then their health starts to
continually decline. Over 80% of men surveyed reported having no health
problems prior to their simultaneous increase in age and decrease in
sexual desire and ability. For most people, feeling "more like
a man (or woman)", at least in the sexual department, adds a pleasant
quality to life. The solution is to stimulate libido (desire) and increase
sexual performance. How? Through the use of nature’s aphrodisiacs and
sexual stimulants.
Naturally Better
Sex
Though many still
flock to their physicians, the current drug of choice for male sexual
problems (i.e. Viagra) can have serious undesirable side effects, such
as dizziness, headaches, temporary blindness, blackouts and potential
exacerbation of hidden diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes and
cancer. In fact, the FDA has estimated that over 200 deaths have been
attributed to the use of Viagra thus far! Women usually are left with
only one option - hormonal therapy. Hormone therapy, however, does have
its risks. FDA-approved estrogen drugs have been documented to cause
cancer. According to one conclusive report in the respected New England
Journal of Medicine, women taking estrogen and a synthetic progestin
drug had a 32 to 46% increase in their risk of breast cancer. These
types of drugs can have a wide variety of dangerous side effects, such
as weight gain, abnormal blood clot formation (thrombosis), increased
risk of gallstones, fibroid tumors, and headaches as well as premenstrual-type
symptoms (irritability, fluid retention). There are less risky and more
natural methods of restoring both libido (which, incidentally, Viagra
does not affect) and normal sexual function. Natural substances often
lead to longer, stronger erections, better control of ejaculation and
much greater enjoyment of the sexual act with more pleasant climaxes
and orgasms.
Horny Goat Weed
Epimedium sagittatum,
otherwise known as Horny Goat Weed, is a Chinese herb which has been
proven through numerous tests to be a strong sexual stimulant, both
in animals and in humans. It affects the sensory nerves, which stimulate
desire, as well as the sexual organs and certain muscles, to prepare
the body for sexual activity. It raises testosterone levels slightly,
to further increase potency. Dr. H.J. Liao conducted a study at the
General Hospital in Beijing. Horny goat weed was given to men
who were totally impotent. Amazingly, the majority of men once again
experienced normal potency and sexual function. Horny goat weed is an
incredible discovery. The esteemed Chinese Academy of Sciences concluded that it is a
potent sexually invigorating herb. They even suggested its use in helping
to slow down the process of aging!
Other Sensual Herbs
There are other helpful
herbs for stimulating both desire and sexual ability. Muira Puama (also
called potency wood), an herb from the jungles of South America, has been studied by Dr. Jacques Waynberg - one of the world’s
leading authorities on sexual functionality. Muira puama works by stimulating
arousal sensations in the brain; a major component of sexual function.
A study group of 262 men, all of whom experienced sexual dysfunction
of some sort, were given a daily dose of muira puama. After just 2 weeks,
virtually all of the men studied claimed that it had a "dynamic
effect" on their sex lives, restoring potency, desire and normal
erectile function. Tribulus Terrestris, an extract from a Bulgarian
shrub, has been used since ancient times for promoting sexual activity.
Scientists performed tests at 3 different government facilities on over
200 men; all of which suffered some form of sexual inability. After
60 days, they experienced an average increase in testosterone levels
of 30%! This was significant, as impotent men usually have very low
levels of testosterone - sometimes so much so that there is noticeable
shrinkage of the testicles. The results amazed lead researcher Professor
E. Bozadjieva, who reported that both the sexual ability and performance
of the men had significantly increased.
Raging Hormones
Increased amounts
of testosterone can make you feel sexier and "more male (or female)",
because it is the hormone linked to sex drive - in both men and women.
When testosterone levels are low, night and morning erections in men
become less and less frequent. Many men attribute this to simply getting
older. If you don’t have an erection almost daily, your testosterone
levels are extremely low. Dr. N. E. Skakkebaek reported in Clinical
Endocrinology that men who were totally impotent and disinterested in
sex experienced an a-mazing renewal after just one week of elevated
testosterone levels. After two weeks they were once again having normal,
regular orgasms. Unfortunately, successful testosterone therapy can
be incredibly costly, both financially and mentally. It can cause extreme
irritability. Thankfully, scientists have discovered how to synthesize
ASD, the precursor to the testosterone hormone. Major league baseball
player Mark McGwire took ASD for increased power and stamina! ASD works
synergistically with tribulus terrestris to naturally, safely raise
the testosterone levels in men and women. This is because the combination
of the two supports the body in making the amount of testosterone that
it needs to function properly, helping to normalize sexual activity.
A Common Problem
There are a number
of physical causes for sexual problems. According to the 1994 Massachusetts
Male Aging Study, age-associated impotence is frequently tied to chronic
illnesses. Researchers at the Women’s Sexual Health Clinic say that
many of these same diseases can also affect female sexual function.
In men, an enlarged prostate can severely affect their ability to function
sexually. Every man over the age of 50 faces this bleak condition. An
herb called Serenoa Repens, used by American Indian medicine men, has
shown remarkable promise in helping overcome this debilitating condition.
A massive study involving serenoa repens was conducted at 9 medical
research centers, incorporating 37 scientists and hundreds of male test
subjects; all of which suffered significant prostrate problems. The
studies showed that serenoa repens was able to relieve symptoms in almost
90% of the men studied! Dr. Alan Gaby concluded that serenoa repens
was definitely superior to anything he had seen.
More Potent Power
Yohimbine, an alkaloid
from the bark of the West African yohimbe tree, has been shown in studies
to be a very potent sexual stimulant. It increases vitality by increasing
the flow of blood to the erectile and vaginal tissues. This helps men
to achieve harder, longer-lasting erections and more satisfying orgasms
in both sexes.
