Education
Vs. Medication
Would
you prefer to receive adequate treatment for cancer, or never get cancer
at all? When you go to see your doctor, would you rather he write you
a prescription for medicine, or tell you how to get and stay well naturally?
Too much focus is placed on treatments rather than cures.
A
treatment for a disease or condition is not the same as curing it. Very
few physicians and hospitals ever give their patients any type of education
on how to live a healthy lifestyle. This may be especially true of government
health departments, which primarily keep track of diseases; where they
come from, how they spread, etc.
Living
a healthy lifestyle really begins in the bowels. By eating healthy foods,
getting the proper amount of exercise and taking in natural fresh air
and sunshine, your body will be better able to eliminate the toxins
and free radicals that it is confronted with daily. With proper elimination
of wastes, your body will be cleaner and you will feel more vibrant
and alive.
Cleansing
the inside of your body in its present condition will require following
a regimented detoxification program. Years of incomplete disposal of
waste products have accumulated within your digestive tract. With such
a large amount of toxic materials on the inside, it’s no wonder that
your whole body can feel tired and run-down, from your energy levels
to your skin!
Learning
how to live healthier naturally can make a significant difference not
only in the way you feel but also in the way that you look. With a clean
interior, the exterior will become clear as well. Acne and other forms
of skin blemishes can disappear as your body systems purge themselves
of their poisons. This would eliminate the need for any topical medications
for skin management.
Using
a medication to try and solve one problem may help relieve a few symptoms,
but it won’t help your entire body overall. If you change a few bad
habits (smoking, drinking, and consuming large amounts of fats and refined
sugars) and cleanse the interior of your body, you will see a significant
difference in how your body looks and feels. If you practice good bowel
care, you may never develop some of the more serious illnesses that
many people are suffering through today. Wouldn’t an ounce of prevention
be much better than a ton of intervention? Educating yourself and others
about taking proper care of their bowels for better general health can
be much more satisfying than waiting until you need a temporary medical
treatment.
