Could Magnesium Save Your Life?
You
have a better chance of surviving a heart attack if your body has a
good supply of magnesium. A ten-year study of 2,182 men found that those
who consumed little or no magnesium were 50% more at risk for sudden
death from heart attacks! Additionally, those who consumed high amounts
of magnesium had a 50% lower risk of developing any type of cardiovascular
diseases, such as angina, heart attack and strokes.
