Certain items are ineligible for Free Shipping. The minimum purchase required for Free shipping or Free or Discounted shipping promotions doesn't include, and free or discounted shipping doesn't apply to, contact lenses, gift certificates, bulk orders, orders over 10 pounds, applicable shipping charges or sales tax. Free or discounted shipping doesn't apply to heavy or oversize items. If your order inlcudes one or more ineligible items, you will be notified via e-mail or phone of any additional delivery charges prior to your credit card being charged.
Items requiring Special Handling
Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In these cases, your items may be shipped separately from the rest of your order. Items requiring special handling or scheduled delivery may require an additional shipping surcharge at which point you will be notified via e-mail or phone of any additional delivery charges prior to your credit card being billed.
Any items requiring special handling must be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses please). Items shipped to U.S. Territories, Alaska, or Hawaii may be charged and additional surcharge. The shipping method for items requiring special handling cannot be altered. The shipping method is designated by the manufacturer. Personalized gift messaging is not an option for items that require special handling.
Please note:
if you choose to return an item that was shipped from a location other than prescriptiongiant.com, those items must be returned separately. Please follow all return instructions on the packing slip included with your order. Returning items to the wrong location will result in a delay of your refund.
30-Day
Return Policy
We want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase. Items damaged during delivery or sent
incorrectly will be fixed at PrescriptionGiant, LLC expense. You may return your
purchase within 30 days of receipt - see below for exceptions. To qualify for a
return, please note the following:
- Product must be unused, clean and not damaged
- Original packaging and materials intact
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer
Restocking Fees: A 25% restocking fee applies to the following category of products: Power Wheelchairs, Electric Scooters, Lift Chairs, Rollators, Wheelchair Cushions and Karman products.
No Returns: There are no returns on the
following categories of products: hospital beds, ultra lightweight wheelchairs,
lift chairs, wound care, incontinence items, nutritional products and bath
safety products.
Roll-A-Bout: Return must be made within 5
days of receipt.
Return Process: To return a product, the
above conditions must be met. Furthermore, we require that all returns follow
these instructions for proper processing:
- Call or email to request a Return Authorization Number (RA)
- Warehouse must receive item within 15 days of an RA#
being issued
- Report via phone or email a tracking number to
customer service
- Items sent without an RA number cannot be credited
Refunds: All credits will be given
after receipt and warehouse inspection approval.
Cancellations: If you cancel your order
after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies
apply.

PrescriptionGiant,
LLC ships medical equipment to the United States and Canada via either UPS or
FedEx. For orders outside the USA please submit your order and we will email to
you the exact shipping cost, or call us at 1-866-499-1940. You will not be
charged until you agree to the shipping charge and method.
Shipping Rates
PrescriptionGiant, LLC
offers free shipping on all Wheelchairs, Scooters, Walkers, Rollators or
medical equipment orders that exceed $79.00 (except for international
shipping).
Shipping charges for
products with shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart before you pay at
check out.
Orders shipped to Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside the United States will have additional shipping
charges. We will contact you via email or phone for your approval.
Delivery Time
All orders except for
Custom Wheelchairs, Scooters, Lift Chairs and Lifts usually ship within 2
business days. Orders are generally shipped via either UPS or FedEx ground
though some orders are shipped via a freight company or the USPS and take 5-7
business days to reach the customer.
Custom Manual Wheelchairs
and Lift Chairs take an average of 2 weeks to reach the customer. Ultralight
Manual Wheelchairs (extra wide, etc.) take approximately 3-4 weeks.
Motorized Wheelchairs and
Electric Scooters take 1-3 weeks depending on the model and color. Custom
motorized wheelchairs and scooters (extra wide, etc.) take approximately 3-4
weeks.

Extra charges may apply.
In the event that your
order cannot go out in the above mentioned time , you will be contacted
immediately with the reason for the delay. You can either cancel the order or
wait for shipment. In the event that we cannot reach you to make a delivery we
will reattempt to deliver for up to one week at which time we will return the
order and charge you a 10% restocking fee.
