How to Order

Order Online:

Locate your medications then click "add to cart". Once you've added all your products to the shopping cart, click "checkout". |

Create an account: have your doctor or pharmacy (if transferring prescriptions) contact information handy. If you have prescription drug insurance coverage have this information available as well. A prescription from your doctor is required before we ship any prescription drug.

Checkout. There are six ways to provide us with a prescription. Please place your order online before sending prescriptions.

Have your physician's office fax your prescriptions to 248-608-6418 (preferred)

Have your physician's office send an electronic prescription (fastest)

Mail your original prescription written by your doctor (Slowest)

Have your physician's office call in your prescriptions to 866-499-1940 x 100

Transfer your prescriptions from another pharmacy

Request that we contact your physician for prescriptions ($9.99 processing fee)

A pharmacy advisor or pharmacist may call you for follow-up. It is imperative that you provide accurate phone and e-mail contact information.

You're done - No Driving, No Waiting in pharmacy lines. Your medications are discreetly delivered to your door in 1-5 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If insurance information is provided you are NOT billed immediately upon a successful order submission. First, we confirm charges the insurance provider will cover. We must have a valid prescription before we are able to confirm coverage. Then we contact you (via phone or e-mail) and share the co-payments, if any, you are responsible for paying. Then, if you agree, we bill this amount only. Otherwise, the order is cancelled or modified.

Download the Order Form  and mail, fax or e-mail the completed one page registration form, along with valid original prescription(s) and a copy of a primary piece of identification (i.e. driver’s license or passport).
