Simple, we will beat or match the price for prescription drugs purchased from any national retail chain pharmacy. We may ask for documentation or other proof of a previously a quoted price.

Do I need a prescription from my doctor to order from your Web site?
You are entrusting us to provide you outstanding care and service.  In order to meet your expectations, we must have a valid prescription from your doctor to fill all prescriptions that are not over-the-counter.

Is Doc-U-Dose only for seniors?
No. It is for anyone who has difficulty sticking with the tough task of taking prescription medications. If you are busy, take multiple medications are just want the convenience of not having think about what to take or when to take this product is for you.

Orders received prior to 3PM EST will take approximately five business days for delivery provided we have received a valid prescription.

Why do I have to create an account to shop at your Web site?
The prescription drug ordering process is a somewhat complicated process. Thus, we have elected to use accounts to make the process easier for both parties, particularly for refills.

How are prescription drugs shipped?
Prescription drug orders are shipped via FedEx.

Is it legal to purchase prescription drugs over the Internet?
It is 100% legal to sell every single product we offer on our Web site. However, you must have a valid prescription.  Many online pharmacies that do not require a prescription are unscrupulous so be careful.

What happens if my prescription is denied?
This typically happens when a refill is requested too soon. Your funds will be credited back to your credit card in 6-8 business days. Please come back to order when your refill comes due.

Yes, we accept COD as a form of payment.

Does your company ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship outside of the United States. Prescription drug orders require a prescription from a US licensed physician.

What is your merchandise return policy?
Under FDA regulations we cannot accept any returns of prescription drugs. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Prescription drug orders are shipped from Michigan.

What if I receive a prescription drug different from what I ordered?
We will arrange for pick up of the wrong order and send the correct order.

May I pay by check or money order?
Yes, we accept payment by cashiers check, money order, personal check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. There is a $30 fee for each returned check.

Do you accept credit cards as a form of payment?
Because we fight credit card fraud and identity theft and want to fully protect our customers, we may phone you to verify order and payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards with these logos.

Do you offer express or overnight delivery?
Yes, we offer overnight delivery at an additional cost.

Can I track my order?

I have insurance so how will I be billed?
Ignore the prices as you go through the cheeckout process. We will conffirm co-payments with your insurance company and notify you via e-mail or telephone of your actual charges prior to shipping.

Why does the product image you display differ from the product I actually take?
For generic medications there could be as many as five manufacturers. Depending upon the manufacturer, a product's color and/or shape may differ. However, the chemical compound is exactly the same. You may request a specific manufacturer.

How does the Get 5% off the first order when you spend $25 or more work?
When you spend $25 or more you get 5% off a first order. Enter coupon code [5percentoff] at checkout. This offer is not valid for those customers with prescription drug insurance coverage. The maximum benefit is $15.00.

What is a re-stocking fee?
If after three failed delivery attempts your order is returned to us (due to no fault of our own) we will charge you a $50 fee to re-stock the ordered product(s).

How do I increase or decrease the quantity of a product I want to purchase?
First, add the product you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Then in the "Quantity" field (abbreviated Qty.) change the number "1" to the number you actually want to purchase. Lastly, click the "Update" button located just below and to the left of your screen.
