Chemical Name: ALUMINUM (a-LOO-mi-num) CHLORIDE
This medicine is an antiperspirant used to treat excess perspiration problems.
INFORM YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking. Inform your doctor of any other medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or breast-feeding.
Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. This medicine is to be used at bedtime. Wash and completely dry the affected area. Use special swab applicator on dispenser to apply this medicine. For the best results, cover the treated area with plastic wrap held in place by a close fitting shirt, mitten, or sock. DO NOT USE TAPE. DO NOT APPLY TO BROKEN, IRRITATED SKIN or skin which was recently shaved. Avoid contact with your eyes. Wash the treated area the next morning. STORE THIS MEDICINE at room temperature, away from heat and light. Do not use near an open flame. IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE and you are using it regularly, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.
AVOID CONTACT OF THIS MEDICINE with fabrics or metals.
SIDE EFFECTS, that may go away during treatment, include burning or prickling in treated areas. If they continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. This medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
DO NOT SHARE THIS MEDICINE with others for whom it was not prescribed. DO NOT USE THIS MEDICINE for other health conditions. KEEP THIS MEDICINE out of the reach of children. IF USING THIS MEDICINE FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME, obtain refills before your supply runs out.
